WEEKLY NEWS! DECEMBER 7, 2012

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE WEEK: This week was full on Hanukkah fun!  The children have been busy working on special surprises for you, which you will  enjoy next week.  We have been reading lots of Hanukkah books, ask you child what their favorite Hanukkah story has been.  We played some math, literacy and motor skills games this week too.  And we are busy getting ready for our special Hanukkah program that will take place on Monday, December 10th.

REMINDES:  Monday is our program.  Please dress your child in blue or white and bring them to our classroom at 5:15.  Wednesday is our trip to River Garden.  If you would like to chaperone, please see Ms. Dina.  Thursday is our class party. It will be from 10:30-11:30.  Please send in your child’s book by Wednesday for our book exchange.

FRUIT: We would like to say “thank you” to our wonderful maintenance staff.  Our class would like to present them with a fruit basket.  Please send in one piece of fruit (apple, banana, orange or a pear) to school by Wednesday.  We will also create a giant beautiful card.   Thank you for your support!

FOLDERS/CHANGE OF CLOTHES:  Please check your child’s folder every week. Please send in a change of clothes to keep here in a ziplock bag.
