Hello families & friends,
We have so much to share with YOU, about how wonderful last week was in our little corner of the world…
First things first! A HUGE thank you to all of the parents, that were able to come help with our Hanukkah party, especially Romy and Noam’s mom, who cooked doughnuts for us to eat at the party!!! As well as, Chava’s mom & dad, who made Hanukkah goodie bags for everyone and brought in FUN games for us to play at the party! Thank you everyone, for bringing in all of the supplies for the past few weeks activities! 🙂
We had lots of fun making our Hanukkah cards for our families! Not to mention, writing “Happy Hanukkah!” and decorating the dreidel with super cute stickers! 🙂
Our field trip to River Garden, was a success! Thank you to ALL of the drivers, that helped to transport all of the little ones! For the VPK students second performance of the week, they performed the entire Hanukkah program!!! Great job, everyone!!!! 🙂 As an added treat, we were given apple juice & doughnut holes, following our performance!
KUDOS goes out to Steven’s mom, for being our Mystery Reader this past week! She read two books to us, “Watch Me Throw the Ball!” and “Today I Will Fly!” Both were written by Mo Willems. Thank you Steven’s mom for reading to us the hilariously funny stories! 🙂
In Garden News…our little garden is growing wonderfully and quickly! 🙂
Last week, we spotted another “odd potato” in our “odd potato museum.” Check out this super cool potato!
On Thursday we had a surprise visit from Mr. Greg! He had us create an amazing experiment, with a fan, paper towel, and a piece of an egg carton! All of the little ones, watched in amazement as the fan quickly pushed the objects up into the air!
Share Chair was back this week! Steven shared some of his favorite things and Shainah showed us really cool items for the letter “Rr.” Very creative sharing done by both little ones!!! Great job, friends!! 🙂
Here is our Ema and Aba, from this past Friday!
