Happy “Thanks-Givukkah” Week!

Greetings Family and Friends,

Well…the wait is officially over! Its now Thanksgiving Break, as well as the start of Hanukkah! How exciting!  Both joyous celebrations at the same time!

*Reminder No school on Thursday, November 28th and November 29th!!**

We all had a fabulous time today, at our Intergenerational Day!!!

To start the day off, we had all of the students help make our trail mix, for all of our many guests that were coming! They loved being able to help out, in preparation for our BIG celebration! 🙂

Finally, it was time for our Intergenerational Day!  We put on our Native American headbands and started the festivities! 🙂

We enjoyed singing Thanksgiving fun filled songs, with our families and friends!!

Everyone loved making cards for our field trip next week, to River Garden!!! As well as, eating all of the delicious muffins and trail mix, that we all worked so hard on!!! Families and friends loved our yummy treats! 🙂

We had a wonderful Intergenerational Day, spending time with our: grandmas, grandpas, aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters, moms, dads, and all of our many friends!!! Lots of memories were made by everyone!!! 🙂

Few Tidbits:

1.The DuBow Preschool Hanukkah Program is Monday, December 2nd, at 5:30.  We have been busy practicing all of our songs, to get ready for our program.  You don’t want to miss it! *Little ones need to be dropped off in our classroom, at 5:15.*

2. We are going to River Garden to perform our Hanukkah musical on Wednesday, December 4th.  We need several drives to help us out with this exciting field trip! The more drivers the better. *As of right now, the following people have told me that they are able to drive for our field trip: Lexi’s grandma, Steven’s mom, Jayden’s mom, Adam’s mom, Romy/Noam’s mom, Nina’s mom, Nathan’s mom, and Max’s mom.*  Thank you so much everyone for volunteering for this special field trip. *I will send out more information regarding times and how many littles ones, are able to fit in your car/van, next week. Stay tuned! 🙂

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving and Hanukkah with family and friends!  See you all next month! 🙂

Endless thank you’s and hugs to everyone,

Ms. Ashley & Ms. Robin 🙂
