Here are some great pictures to capture some adventures from last week:)
This week has been packed with song, celebration on stage and class parties for Hanukkah. We began the week with our River Garden performance. The children enjoyed singing for the residents and eating doughnut holes after the debut. Thank you to all parents who could make it this time:)
Here is a quick video to enjoy of the school performance on Wednesday evening. Thanks to Teagan’s mom for filming and to Tavi’s mom and Sophia’s mom for sharing these great pictures!
On Wednesday we had a visit from our VPK buddies! As a group, they made edible chocolate dreidels and sang Hanukkah songs.
Thursday was our Hanukkah party and latke-making day! The children loved helping grate potatoes in the mixer and add the ingredients. They were delicious!
We had some other visitors this week: our mystery reader was Julianna’s dad, who also brought doughnuts!, and Ms. Ilene from PJ Library read us a special story about runaway latkes.
This has been a great week. We are looking forward to seeing everyone in the new year:)
Love, Silvia and Robin
