A final farewell to 2013…

Hello Families and Friends,

Here are all of the final pictures from the last two weeks of 2013!  I can’t believe the school year is already half way through!

We decided since it was a gorgeous day out & we were learning about the letter “Rr” for rainbows, the best place to go to draw rainbows on our letter “Rr,” was out in the garden! They all loved being able to be creative outside! 🙂

We were privileged enough to watch an amazing performance of Israeli dancers, who are middle and high schoolers.

For our VPK Buddy activity for the month of December, we had Max’s grandma come and perform her Winter Wonderland puppet show!  Everyone enjoyed all of the different puppets and adventures that they all went on! So much FUN! 🙂

THEN, at the end of the VPK Buddy activity, they were able to make an edible snowman! It was a delicious treat!! 🙂

While learning about the book Shake My Sillies Out, the students painted a picture of a time when they felt silly!! (The responses were simply adorable!) 🙂

Our last three Mystery Readers for 2013, were Chava’s mom and dad, plus Brennan’s older brother!  All of the students loved being surprised by our amazing Mystery Readers! KUDOS Mystery Readers on a fabulous job! 🙂

Our final Share Chair for 2013, was the letter “Bb” and Student of the Week! Excellent sharing was done by both students! Great job! 🙂
